Our Location
We witnessed a miracle in February 2007, when the Lord opened a door and we purchased our first home, our new worship facility on 1709/Keller Parkway. Not only did God provide a great building, but He did so in a location that was truly beyond what we could ask or imagine. He placed Milestone Church right in the heart of our city.

This new location is one of the most highly visible, easily accessible locations in the entire community. On average, over 40,000 cars drive by our new building every day. God has strategically placed us in a position to reach out to and also receive the people of our city.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

Ministry
As we make this move, our capacity for ministry will triple! Our new auditorium will feature 1,000 seats, high- tech sound, theatrical lighting and video. We will increase our ability to serve our community by accommodating more people through our weekend services, special events and conferences.

It’s pretty practical, but more space makes it possible for us to reach more people and build more lives. Our new facility will provide a spacious life-giving environment to connect with guests and each other. We want people to walk in and see that we have made room for them. They will see that we have a place for them to be a part of the Milestone family and grow in God.

Our new multifunctional facility will also serve as a launchpad for our growing community service ministries and world missions. We will be able to host and serve the practical needs of our community while sending out missionaries and resources across the globe. On a larger scale, we will be reaching people and building lives in this community and around the world.

Our Kids
Our kids are the future and we want them to know that we value their lives and spiritual growth. Because of this, we are going to great lengths in providing a new children’s area that will make our kids' time at Milestone Church the highlight of their week. Through our children’s ministry we want to teach our children to love God, love people, and to know that God has a great purpose for their lives.

The moment you walk through the doors, you will see a new level of excellence where parents can quickly and securely drop off their children through a state of the art children’s check-in system. Our nursery and Pre-K area will not only be safe, but also fun and functional for the youngest at Milestone. Our elementary kids will step into a world of their own with the Kidz Blast auditorium. This auditorium will host energetic worship and creative bible teaching so that our kids can encounter God in a real way.

Adding to the dynamic children’s atmosphere will be an indoor play-place of tubes and slides. Really, it’s more than a play area for kids, this is a place where parents can bring their friends, connect together and fellowship with one another throughout the week. We are making a big investment in our children today because we believe the influence we have now can establish them for a lifetime.

Our Youth
We are passionate about empowering and releasing our youth into God’s destiny for their lives. You can look around Milestone and easily see that young people are a vital part of our church. They bring an incredible energy and vibrancy to all areas of church life.

Our new facility will provide our rapidly growing youth ministry an authentic environment of their own for shaping and impacting youth culture. The new student center will feature a 400-seat auditorium and a state-of-the-art gaming and lounge area that will serve both students’ social and spiritual needs. As we provide the right environment to connect students with God, we will continue to watch our youth ministry expand and see the next generation reached for Christ in our community.

As we reach more students, we are able to reach more parents, siblings, and entire families. In the past few years at Milestone Church, we can identify about fifty families that have initially connected through our student ministries. Our community revolves around students. We want to create a space that lets them know their value and importance to us and to God. As we continue to invest in our students today, we will see them become the key leaders of tomorrow.

Our Opportunity
What’s the bottom line? We are simply out of space, but there are still people in our community that need Jesus and need a church family like Milestone. We want to continue reaching people and building lives and in order to do that, we need a bigger home. That’s why we are going on this journey. This is our moment to be molded into the kind of people that God can use to transform a community; people who are moving from what we can do to what God can do through us - that’s the journey.

We recognize that this is a God-sized task far beyond the ability of any one person. Reaching our need of $3 million will take sacrifice from all of us. What you are holding in your hand is a challenge for you to prayerfully and financially go on the journey. You will have the opportunity to make a three-year pledge, over and above your regular tithes on Commitment Weekend taking place October 18-19, 2008. Commitment cards will be handed out one week prior. On the weekend of October 25-26, each person will have the opportunity to bring their best cash gift towards their three-year commitment. Until that time, please continue praying about your financial investment in the journey campaign.
